WHAT WAS GOOD?
If you were a fan of the TV series then chances are you were a fan of Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie as it followed a similar tone and style to the show. It was fun to see Jason and Kimberly return for the movie (especially when they became evil) and there was a good little cameo from Rita Repulsa and Lord Zedd too. Also a plus point was that the directors used the more traditional model work to create the Zords, instead of the awful CGI that appeared in Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers: The Movie.
WHAT WAS BAD?
Where would you like to start?
Unlike the fun Mighty Morphin' movie, the follow-up was less concerned with appealing to a mass audience and instead stuck with its core fanbase of Power Rangers followers. The result was a crappy movie. Lerigot looked like a chump, the villain Divatox was about as villainous as a circular teabag and having a kid take on the role of the Blue Ranger was just dumb.
Oh and the Turbozords looked crap too.
