COMIC‐BOOK CREDENTIALS: Zorro has appeared in comics from the likes of Dell (which includes Walt Disney comics), Gold Key, Marvel, Topps and Dynamite as well as in newspaper strips.
COMIC‐BOOK WEAKNESSES: Like Tarzan, Zorro has never had a regular home with one comic‐book publisher and so he hasn’t had the chance to shine in the same way that some of the biggest superheroes have. That said, he’s continued to appear in comics for years and so he often crops up when you least expect him.
Good with a sword, looks great in black, owns a whip, knows how to ride a horse…
REASON FOR RECRUITMENT: Zorro is a master swordsman, who would be the perfect addition to the team, as there’s nothing cooler than having a masked swashbuckler as part of the group! POTENTIAL RISK: Zorro likes to carve the letter ‘Z’ into walls… doors… people… and this blatant disregard for the property of others might not go down too well with the rest of the team. If Zorro starts carving his initial into the belongings of his teammates then he’s likely to find himself in hot water… especially if they belong to Xena.
CHANCES OF SURVIVAL: Quite good if he happens to be in a sword fight. If he happens to be in a gun fight then maybe not so good.
IN EVENT OF DEATH BEFORE MISSION… LIKELIHOOD OF REPLACEMENT WITH WOLVERINE: If Zorro died before a mission then his replacement would be a fellow swordsman and not a mutant with a temper.
